Tony’s mother died of AIDS three years ago. The only thing Tony knows about his father is that he is in jail because of a robbery. Tony did not like neither his mother nor his stepfather very much. His stepfather used to beat him whenever he got drunk. For this reason Tony used to stay with his aunt on many occasions. However, he also disliked his uncle. At the age of seven Tony went to the streets to live there for a while. He was often abused by other children. During that time he had also been brought to various public institutions. However, he always ran away from these places.
He thinks that the children’s farm of the Little Nazareno is the best thing that ever happened to him in his life. Tony loves horse-riding and dreams of becoming a football player later on.
